I've been getting back into some media I used to be really into in my teens while I've been on this fun little nostalgia kick. For example, I rewatched all of Legend of Korra season 1 yesterday - I forgot how genuinely good that show is. Deeply underrated piece of media. I've also been listening to Perfume a lot, which I used to listen to a lot in my last year of high school and first year of uni. It's been really nice to revisit things I used to love a lot.

Speaking of revisiting things I used to enjoy - I'm gonna be taking up figure skating again this year once I get my car! I've wanted to get back into it for ages but because the rink is so far I haven't been able to yet, but with vehicle ownership on the horizon I can finally start doing it again. I'm really excited because it's pretty much the only sport I can do that doesn't aggravate my laundry list of chronic conditions because it stays so cold that it keeps my inflammation low lol

08.04.25 - The keitai so far

I've been running my Kyocera Gratina KYF42 flip phone for a few weeks now, and so far it's been going well. I made the switch over from my old iPhone 11 - I broke my iPhone's screen and it's been having continuous problems since getting replaced so I figured it was about time to update to something different.

So far I'm really enjoying the aesthetics and functionality of the KYF42 - I'd be happy to make a dedicated page to give more info on how I set it up and got it working. My friend Dom (click their name to go to their blog!) has the same one so it's been a bit of a collaborative effort lol but I'm having fun learning how to get these systems to work for me!

I also started using an iPod Classic that I picked up this weekend which I like, however I did think it was a newer gen one as the listing wasn't clear, so I can't play videos on it which is a shame. That was my bad for not researching it more but aside from that it's really nice!
